Purpose of coaching

For people who want more clarity, direction and intention in their lives.

Not just a space to think - but to understand what your life is currently built around, what no longer fits, and how to move forward with clearer decisions and more intentional action.

Clarity doesn’t come from doing more - it comes from understanding what actually matters to you

Do you ever find yourself doing things to meet others’ expectations, while something in you feels left behind? Or feeling unsure about what you actually want - now or in the future?

I’ve been there myself. After more than 10 years working in the product design industry, I experienced burnout, started questioning the meaning behind my work, and realised I wanted something to change.

Today, after completing my coaching studies, I support others who are navigating periods of transition, uncertainty, or the feeling that something no longer feels fully aligned.

My approach is grounded in coaching frameworks and psychology, but kept simple and human. I focus on awareness, honest conversations, and small shifts that create real movement in your life.

What coaching can look like

At a point where something needs to change - but you're not sure what?

It’s not about having everything figured out before you start. Coaching is a conversation where you can slow down, untangle what’s on your mind, and start seeing things more clearly.

We look at what’s actually going on beneath the surface - your patterns, thoughts, and decisions - and make sense of it together. You don’t get advice or ready-made answers from me. Instead, you build clarity that feels your own - and from that, the next steps become easier to see.

How you think

How you think

We work with how you process thoughts - identifying assumptions, cognitive biases, and mental loops that keep you stuck.

By making these visible, you can evaluate your situation more objectively and think with greater precision.

How you operate

How you operate

We explore recurring patterns in your behaviour, decision-making, and emotional responses.

Understanding these patterns helps you see what drives your choices - and where you may want to respond differently.

How you decide

How you decide

Instead of reacting automatically or seeking external validation, you learn to make decisions based on your values, priorities, and internal alignment.

This leads to actions that are more consistent, sustainable, and self-directed.

No pressure. Just the space, clarity, and support you need to move forward.

What is coaching - and how is it different from therapy?

Coaching is a forward-looking process focused on clarity, decision-making, and personal or professional direction. It’s not therapy, and it doesn’t address mental health conditions or past trauma. Instead, we focus on your present situation, your thoughts, and where you want to go next. Before booking, it’s important that you feel comfortable with this distinction.

How long is a session?

Each session lasts 60 minutes. This usually gives enough time to explore your thoughts in depth without feeling rushed.

How do sessions work - online or in person?

Sessions take place as online conversations, and we agree on a time that works for both of us after booking. If you prefer, sessions can also be held in person in Vilnius, usually in a calm café or a quiet space in the city center that we agree on together. All sessions are available in English or Lithuanian, depending on your preference.

What can I expect from a session?

Each session is a one-on-one conversation where we explore what’s on your mind - your situation, questions, or decisions you’re navigating. There’s no fixed script. I guide the conversation with questions and reflections that help you think more clearly and see things from new perspectives. You don’t need to prepare anything beyond the pre-session reflection form.

What is your coaching approach based on?

My coaching approach is grounded in psychology fundamentals and structured coaching methodologies. I combine reflective questioning, coaching frameworks, and evidence-based principles to help you gain clarity and perspective in your life and work. This is a coaching process, not therapy or psychological treatment.

What if I don’t know what I need?

That’s completely okay - and very common. Many people come in with a general feeling that something needs to change, but can’t yet define what that is. Part of the process is figuring that out together.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your situation. Some people benefit from a single session to gain clarity on a specific topic. Others choose multiple sessions to explore things more deeply and create lasting change. If you’re unsure, you can start with one session and decide from there.

Do I need to choose a package before starting?

No. You can start with a single session. If it feels right to continue, we can decide on the next steps together.

How does the pre-session reflection work?

Before your first session, you’ll receive a short set of questions to help you reflect on your current situation, thoughts, and what you’d like to explore. This helps us use our time more meaningfully and go deeper, faster.

Is everything we talk about confidential?

Yes. Everything shared during our sessions stays private and is treated with full confidentiality.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

Sessions can be rescheduled with advance notice (24 hours). Missed or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded.

Do you offer refunds?

Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked. However, if you’ve purchased multiple sessions and feel you no longer need them, you can transfer a session to someone else.

Do you also offer mentoring?

Yes. In addition to coaching, I offer mentoring for those working in digital product design or creative fields. This includes more practical guidance alongside reflective conversations.
